DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY



(a) Remove the 4 screws.

(b) Disengage the 4 clips and remove the console box.

2. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX



(a) Cut off the 4 claws and remove the console box.

(b) Remove the 2 cup holder rails.

3. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX INSERT



(a) Remove the 5 screws.

(b) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the console box insert.

4. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER SPRING



(a) Remove the cup holder spring from the cup holder rail.

5. REMOVE EQUIPMENT SET PANEL COVER



(a) Remove the 2 screws.

(b) Disengage the 4 clips and remove the equipment set panel cover.

6. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY



(a) Remove the 5 screws and the upper console door.

7. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX REAR COVER



(a) Remove the 2 screws.

(b) Disengage the 2 claws and 4 clips and the console box rear cover.

8. REMOVE CONSOLE UPPER PANEL NO. 1 GARNISH



(a) Remove the 7 screws and the console upper panel garnish.

9. REMOVE CONSOLE UPPER PANEL NO. 2 GARNISH



(a) Remove the 7 screws and the console upper panel garnish.

10. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX LOWER



(a) Remove the 10 screws and the console box lower.

11. REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL GARNISH



(a) Disengage the 6 clips and remove the console rear end panel garnish.

12. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX HOLE COVER



(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the console box hole cover.

13. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK LEVER



(a) Remove the 2 screws and the door lock lever.

14. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR BOX INSERT



(a) Remove the 6 screws and the door box insert.

15. REMOVE REAR DOOR PANEL CUSHION



(a) Remove the 2 cushions.

16. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE ARMREST HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY



(a) Remove the 6 screws and the armrest hinge.

17. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR BOX COVER



(a) Remove the 7 screws and the door box cover.

18. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY



(a) Remove the 10 screws.

(b) Disengage the 4 claws and the console box retainer.

(c) Remove the 4 screws and the door hinge.

19. REMOVE REAR DOOR PANEL CUSHION



(a) Remove the 2 cushions.

20. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ORNAMENT



(a) Remove the 2 screws and the console box ornament.
